As part of Best Western The Watermills commitment to providing modern high quality services to guests, in 2005 the hotel management decided to deploy the MyZones Public Zone service throughout the entire hotel.

Using the Public Zone Service

The service provides guests with complete wireless broadband coverage, including bedrooms, meeting rooms, bar area and lounge. Guests gain access to the Internet by purchasing an online voucher through the system, using a credit/debit card or by sending an SMS message using their mobile phone. The MyZones Public Zone service is a completely managed solution; therefore The Watermill does not need to get involved in the day-to-day running of the service. Best Western The Watermill earns extra revenue from the MyZones Public Zone service. For every voucher sold, they earn a substantial revenue share. By accessing the MyZones administration portal, them hotel is able to monitor the number of vouchers sold and the gross revenue. In this way, The Watermill and MyZones can work together to maximise the revenue potential.



The MyZones Public Zone Service has become a valuable facility for both guests and the hotel alike.
